SMOKED SHOTGUT SHELLS

prepare the ingredients

1.

mix the beef, cheese and rub in a bowl

2.

stuff each manicotti shell and wrap in bacon

3.

sprinkle with BBQ rub and place on the smoker at 250°F

4.

after 1.5h brush with BBQ sauce and place back on the smoker at 350°F

5.

serve immediately and enjoy!
