Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper finely ground
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ head of white cabbage diced
  • 4 dill pickles diced
  • 6 scallions thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and maple syrup to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add the diced cabbage, pickles and scallions to the bowl and mix to coat.
  • Refrigerate until needed.
