Russian Dressing
Hard to find on supermarket shelves, this tangy and slightly spicy homemade Russian Dressing is the perfect sauce for a seriously delicious Reuben sandwich.

1 tbsp onion finely chopped 1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup ketchup 4 tsp horseradish sauce 1 tsp hot sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp sweet paprika salt to taste
If you have a mortar and pestle, mash the chopped onion until it forms a paste. You can also use a heavy knife to mince and mash the onion.
Add the onion paste to a small bowel and add the rest of the ingredients.
Whisk together until every ingredient is mixed in then season with the salt.
This dressing will last for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
