Buffalo Garlic Pig Wings

Seasoned pork shanks, cooked over high heat and basted with a delicious buffalo garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork wings
  • 3 tbsp SPG blend
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Sauce

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Fire up your grill to 400°F .
  • Rub avocado oil on each pig wing and generously season with SPG blend on all sides.
  • Grill the pig wings over direct heat for about 15 minutes, flipping them every 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the internal temperature reaches 135°F baste both sides of the pig wings with the buffalo garlic sauce then continue to flip them every 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove pig wings from heat once the internal temperature reaches 145°F and let them rest for 3 minutes.

Sauce

  • Combine all the ingredients in a pan and cook down for about 3-4 minutes over medium low heat until all of the ingredients come together as one sauce.

Notes

What is SPG blend? Equal quantities of salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
