Ingredients
10club crackers
1lbbaconthin cut
2tbspbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Cut the bacon strip in half and wrap each cracker lengthwise tucking the ends underneath.
Lay each bacon wrapped cracker on a wire cooking rack on top of a baking sheet or foil pan.
Take a pinch of brown sugar and sprinkle on top of each piece of bacon. Gently spread the brown sugar with your finger on the bacon for an even application.
Smoke the bacon wrapped crackers at 225°F for 15 minutes and then increase the temperature to 350°F to finish.
The total time should be around 30-40 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.
