- 6 frozen burger patties
- 1 tbsp Smoke Kitchen Beef rub or your favorite burger seasoning
- 6 slices American cheese
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 hamburger buns
Preheat the grill to 350°F and clean the grates when they are hot with a grill brush.
Place your frozen burgers directly on the grill grates and cook for 5 minutes before flipping.
Once you flip the burger, season and cook for another 5 minutes.
Flip the burger again and season the other side. Continue to cook until the burger reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
If adding cheese, turn your grill to low and add a slice of cheese to each burger and give it a minute to melt.
Toast the buns on the grill while the cheese is melting.
Assemble each burger with toppings of your choice and enjoy.
