Grilled Garlic Shrimp Skewers
Shrimp marinated in garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice for a simple clean fresh taste.

- 30 shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp parsley fresh and chopped
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp garlic fresh and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juice only
- salt and pepper to taste
If using bamboo skewers, soak them for at least an hour or overnight before use.
Place the parsley, garlic powder, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a bowl and stir to combine.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir until they are all coated in the marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour or up to 8 hours.
Fire up the grill to 400°F.
Thread the prawns onto skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill. Give them two minutes on each side. Do not overcook!
