Coffee Rub

Use this rub to tenderize and enhance the flavor of most meats like beef, pork and chicken.

  • ΒΌ cup ground coffee
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt


  • Measure out ingredients.
  • Mix thoroughly before use.
  • Apply from roughly 12 inches above your meat for even coverage.
  • Apply at least an hour prior to smoking or cooking.
  • Store leftover rub in an airtight container for longer shelf life.
