- ¾ cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper finely ground
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ head of white cabbage diced
- 4 dill pickles diced
- 6 scallions thinly sliced
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and maple syrup to a bowl and mix to combine.
Add the diced cabbage, pickles and scallions to the bowl and mix to coat.
Refrigerate until needed.
