BBQ Sundaes with Leftover Pulled Pork

A meal in a cup. Layer up all those leftovers, pulled pork, mac and cheese, beans and slaw then drizzle with BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pulled pork
  • 1 cup mac and cheese
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 1 cup slaw
  • BBQ sauce to drizzle

Instructions

Reheat the pork, mac and cheese and beans

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  • Place the pork in a shallow baking dish and cover loosely with foil. Do the same with the mac and cheese. Place them in the oven and stir every ten minutes until warmed through.
  • Put the beans in saucepan over a medium heat on the stove top and warm, stirring every now and then.

Assemble in three separate quart sized containers

  • Place ⅓ cup of mac and cheese in the bottom of each container.
  • Layer ⅓ cup of baked beans on top.
  • Put 1 cup of pulled pork on top of the beans.
  • Top with ⅓ cup slaw.
  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce to taste.
