Rub avocado oil on each pig wing and generously season with SPG blend on all sides.
Grill the pig wings over direct heat for about 15 minutes, flipping them every 2-3 minutes.
Once the internal temperature reaches 135°F baste both sides of the pig wings with the buffalo garlic sauce then continue to flip them every 2-3 minutes.
Remove pig wings from heat once the internal temperature reaches 145°F and let them rest for 3 minutes.
Sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a pan and cook down for about 3-4 minutes over medium low heat until all of the ingredients come together as one sauce.

What is SPG blend? Equal quantities of salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
