Grilled Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites

Tender, lean and flavorful sirloin tip, cubed and skewered. Grilled and basted with a garlic, parmesan butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated, plus extra to serve
  • 1 lb sirloin tips (or steak of your choice) cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning or beef rub
  • green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the butter, garlic, and parmesan to a small cast iron pot.
  • Place the pot on the grill grates and preheat the grill to medium-high heat around 400°F.
  • Season your sirloin tips with the steak seasoning.
  • Thread the seasoned sirloin tips onto the skewers and place them on the grill grates.
  • Brush the skewers with the melted garlic parmesan butter sauce and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping and basting every 3-4 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 135°F.
  • Once cooked through, remove from the grill and plate alongside the remaining garlic butter sauce for dipping.
  • Garnish with more grated parmesan and green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Wooden skewers - if you use wooden skewers soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking to prevent them from catching on fire.
