Ingredients

red pepper flakes

honey

tbsp
sweet BBQ rub
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a grill-safe saucepan. Stir and place on the top rack of the smoker and smoke for two hours at 225°F.
Remove the honey from the smoker and strain to separate the red pepper flakes.
Add 1 tbsp red pepper flakes back into the honey for desired texture.
