Traveling, cooking, and writing about food has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. I've been a judge and writer at the World Championship Abalone Cook-Off, a guest journalist at Bon Appétit Magazine's UnCork'd Extravaganza in Las Vegas, and took 1st place at a local BBQ cook-off.
